News Directors: Time to Budget for 2015?

I'm back in the USA and doing lesson plans for the rest of my station visits in 2014. It's not too early to think about booking your coaching session for 2015 as you go through the budget process for the upcoming year. Keep in mind that many stations like to have a talent tune-up prior to the "sweeps" months of February, May and November, so the busiest times for coaching visits are in March-April and September-October.
